    • Drivers in Sri Lanka typically work for about 12 hours per day. However, it’s good practice to discuss specific needs and expectations with your driver to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding daily schedules and activities.
    • Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator before travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
    • We use several vehicles with different characteristics to adapt to the needs of each client. All of our vehicles are official private Taxis.
    • The assigned driver prepares the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, and ready for the journey.
    • After booking, passengers are required to provide their WhatsApp phone number for communication while abroad and to receive further details
    • Once the booking is made, the passenger receives a confirmation via email or WhatsApp with details such as the driver information and vehicle details.
    • The driver arrives at the designated pick-up point at your chosen time.
    • Your driver will meet you at the Airport Arrivals Paging Board area, holding a sign with your name for pickup.
    • Driver assists the passenger with loading their luggage into the vehicle.
