Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Rome - Florence⌄

    Travel from Rome by minivan and arrive in Siena, where a local guide meets you for a walking tour across the shell-shaped Piazza del Campo, home to the world-famous Palio horse race, then inside the Siena Cathedral, one of Italy's great Gothic interiors, striped marble and floor mosaics included.

    Tuscan Winery : Continue into the Tuscan countryside to a family-run winery for a tour of the cellars and a tasting of the estate's wines. Sit down to a homemade lunch made with local ingredients, paired with the wines you've just tasted, with the rolling hills spread out in front of you.

    Arrive in Florence and settle into your hotel before heading into Oltrarno, the neighborhood locals consider the real heart of the city. Taste wine poured through a centuries-old wine window, then sit down to a Florentine steak dinner at a family-run trattoria.

  2. 2Tuscany - Rome⌄

    Cross the Ponte Vecchio and head to San Gimignano, the medieval hill town known as the city of towers. Explore at your own pace before the drive back to Rome, arriving in the evening.

  • Due to the religious nature of the Duomo, all individuals regardless of gender must cover shoulders and knees. Flip-flops, slippers, clogs and shoes with heels are prohibited inside the Duomo.
  • This tour is adaptable for: Vegetarians, Pescatarians, dairy free, gluten free (not celiac), however, please note that you may not have a replacement food option at every stop. Not recommended for vegans or celiacs.
  • Those with dietary restrictions need to contact us before joining the tour so we can arrange your food.
  • Due to limited luggage space in the transport, each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. We recommend storing larger bags in Rome and traveling with a small overnight bag where possible.
  • Please note that the Galleria dell’Accademia admission ticket (€24 per person) is included in the tour price (€20 admission ticket + €4 reservation fee).
