Go track the endangered mountain gorillas and spice up your trek with the Batwa cultural trail.

Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Domestic Flight to Kisoro with a transfer to Bwindi⌄

    Flight Duration: Approx. 2 Hours Airport transfer at client’s own arrangement: Get to Entebbe Airport to check-in for your domestic flight. Flight check-in opens at 06:30AM. Upon landing at Kisoro Airstrip, our safari guide will conduct a ground transfer to the lodge near Bwindi: Check-in and have lunch at leisure. Dinner included. Optional Activity (30$ pp.) – Batwa Cultural Experience

  2. 2Bwindi Gorilla Tracking Experience⌄

    Pickup Time: 06:30AM. Early breakfast and be handed a lunchbox with mineral water. Be dropped-off at the park office for briefing. Gorilla Tracking Experience – Upon completing park formalities, embark onto a once in a life time experience of tracking the endangered mountain gorillas. Once you encounter the gorillas, you will be allowed between 1 to 2 hours of watching and photography. This is perhaps one of the most breath-taking primate experiences on earth!!! These massive primates are highly endangered with less than 700 living today; take your best pictures but observing the prevailing safety measures for a great experience. During the trek, your ranger guide will identify a safe spot for your picnic after which the trek continues or get back to the lodge (Subject to change). Wear hiking shoes, a face mask, trousers, hand gloves, long-sleeves, insect repellent with sufficient drinking water. After the gorilla trek, return to the lodge and stay at leisure. Dinner included.

  3. 3Drop-off and Fly back to Entebbe Airport (No transfers at Entebbe)⌄

    Flight Duration: Approx. 2 Hours Pickup Time: 07:00AM. Early breakfast and checkout. Be dropped-off at the airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe Airport. Based on your onward travel plans; keep within the airport or we are happy to offer transfers at an extra cost.
