Day by day itinerary

1. 1Arrive Arusha⌄

   Arrive at Kilimanjaro airport. After clearing customs and immigration formalities, you will be met by our representative and be transfered to a hotel in Arusha for overnight on Bed & Breakfast.

   Meals: Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the hotel

   Overnight: Mount Meru Hotel or Similar

2. 2ARUSHA / TARANGIRE⌄

   After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park arriving in time for lunch in tented camp / lodge choosen. Afternoon game drive to admire the vast fauna and flora; Lesser kudu, eland, lion and Gerenuk which can be found in this beautiful park, noted for its multitude of baobab trees and its tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at the lodge / tented camp

3. 3TARANGIRE / NGORONGORO⌄

   After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Lunch at the lodge / tented camp choosen. After lunch descend down the 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the crater exploring the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where you might see the flamingoes and the open savanna where the lions hunt for food. Dinner and overnight in lodge / tented camp

4. 4NGORONGORO / SERENGETI (VIA OLDUVAI GORGE)⌄

   Drive to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge, the site of Louis and Mary Leakey’s renowned archaeological discoveries. Their findings include some of the man’s earliest known ancestral remains. Lunch at the lodge / tented camp choosen. Afternoon game drive in the endless plains of Serengeti with a big chance to see the great herds of wildebeest, zebras and gazelles or a pride of lions lounging in the shade. Dinner and overnight in lodge / tented camp

5. 5SERENGETI FULL DAY⌄

   Full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight in lodge / tented camp

   Overnight: Heritage Tented Camp or Similar

6. 6SERENGETI FULL DAY⌄

   Second full day of game drives in the Serengeti. Dinner and overnight in lodge / tented camp

   Meals: Breakfast: Buffet breakfast at the camp · Lunch: Buffet lunch at the camp · Dinner: Buffet dinner at the camp

   Overnight: Heritage Tented Camp or Similar

7. 7SERENGETI / LAKE MANYARA (VIA NGORONGORO HIGHLANDS)⌄

   Early morning game drive, back for late breakfast. Enjoy another mid morning game drive before departing towards Ngorongoro Highlands. Lunch at Gibbs Farm or similar. Afternoon visit to the waterfalls before proceending to lake Manyara for Dinner and overnight in lodge / tented camp

8. 8LAKE MANYARA / ARUSHA⌄

   After breakfast, morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park whose inhabitants include hippos, monkeys, tree climbing lions, flamingoes and other varieties of birdlife. Lunch at a lodge / tented camp choosen before driving back to Arusha for your holiday extension or fly back home
