Day by day itinerary

1. 1Arrival In Nairobi⌄

   Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be met by our representative and after a short briefing you will be transferred to the Hotel.

2. 2Nairobi Exploration⌄

   After breakfast, enjoy a family oriented city tour including visits to the Giraffe Centre and the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to see rescued elephants. You may also explore local markets or enjoy a relaxed afternoon at your hotel. This gentle start allows children to adjust before heading into the wilderness.

3. 3Nairobi to Ol pejeta⌄

   Depart after breakfast for Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Laikipia County, arriving in time for lunch at your lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive, where you may spot rhinos, lions, elephants, and other wildlife. The conservancy is also home to a chimpanzee sanctuary, offering an educational and inspiring conservation experience.

4. 4Ol Pejeta Conservancy full day⌄

   Breakfast at your hotel and check out. Thereafter, depart for Ol Pejeta Conservancy arriving in time for lunch at your luxury tented camp. Afternoon game drive to include Chimpanzee visit.

5. 5Ol Pejeta Conservancy- Samburu national reserve⌄

   After breakfast, travel north to Samburu National Reserve, known for its rugged beauty and rare wildlife species. Arrive for lunch and later enjoy an afternoon game drive along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where elephants and other animals gather to drink.

6. 6Samburu Full day Game drive⌄

   Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives in Samburu. The reserve is famous for unique species such as Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, and Somali ostrich. The scenic landscapes and quieter atmosphere make it a wonderful destination for families.

7. 7Samburu - Lake Nakuru National Park⌄

   Depart after breakfast and journey south to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, explore this compact park known for its rhino population and seasonal flamingos. The shorter driving distances within the park are ideal for children.

8. 8Lake Nakru- Maasai Mara National Reserve⌄

   After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara, Kenya’s most famous safari destination. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive across the vast savannah plains in search of the Big Five.

9. 9Masai Mara National Reserve full day Game drive⌄

   Spend a full day exploring the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. Depending on the season, you may witness the Great Migration. Optional activities include a visit to a Maasai village or a hot air balloon safari for older family members.

10. 10Masai Mara Full day game drive⌄

    Another exciting day in the Masai Mara allows for deeper exploration of different areas of the reserve. Your guide will tailor the experience to maximize wildlife sightings while keeping the pace comfortable for the family.

11. 11Masai mara to Diani⌄

    After breakfast, transfer to Voi SGR train station for your train ride departing at 0955hrs. to arrive at 1400hrs. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your beach hotel in Diani, South Coast of Mombasa.

12. 12Diani Beach⌄

    This is definitely the best day for all beach enthusiasts. You can start the day by filling your belly with mouth-watering eats from your hotel. If you have travelled to simply relax, upgrade the way you unwind by soaking in the sun, enjoy a dip in the pool, lie down on the white sand and enjoy the crystal blue beach. Diani also has a plethora of iconic sights and fun activities. If you'd like you can step out of your hotel and elevate your trip with a visit to Colobus Conservation Center, Shimba Hills National Park, Wasini Island or even Gazi Beach. Enjoy Dinner and an overnight stay in your hotel.
