Day by day itinerary

1. 1Welcome to the Jungle⌄

   Reception at the Leticia airport by our coordinator of Amazonian experiences, who belongs to the Huitoto ethnic group.

   Land transfer to the Tanimboca nature reserve (30 minutes)

   Jungle walk, where you can observe animals of different specials, and flora.

   Night walk through the reserve, where you will experience the colors, sounds and aromas of the Amazon jungle

   Meals: Lunch: Welcome Lunch · Dinner: Typical Amazon dinner

   Overnight: Tanimboca Nature Reserve

2. 2Tour of the great Amazon River⌄

   Land transfer to the port of Leticia. Departure by boat on the great Amazon River to the Peruvian reserve the miracle of Marasha – Peru

   Entrance to the reserve (July to January walking 2 hours and February to June canoeing 1 hour) It is an incredible experience where you can get to know the Amazon River, its landscapes, and fauna and flora.

   Overnight: Lodging in indigenous malocas

3. 3indigenous communities⌄

   walk out Departure from the reserve (July to January walking 2 hours and February to June canoeing 1 hour).

   Visit to the indigenous community of Mocagua. Visit to the foundation for the protection and rehabilitation of Maicuchiga primates.

   Continue the journey along the Amazon River to the municipality of Puerto Nariño.

   Boat tour through the lakes of Tarapoto, observation of pink and gray dolphins. A spectacular activity, where you can feel these beautiful animals up close. (In the months of August, September and October the water level of the river has dropped considerably, it is very possible that the entrance to the lakes cannot be done, in this case we have alternatives for the observation of the dolphins).

   Departure by boat to the Tikuna community of San Martin de Amacayacu Tour of the community, interaction with the community.

   Meals: Breakfast · Lunch: Puerto Narino · Dinner: Amazonian indigenous traditional

   Overnight: Night accommodation in the community in the home of indigenous hosts

4. 4Day of return⌄

   Departure by boat from the community to the Amazon River. Transfer by fast boat to Leticia.
