Day by day itinerary

  1. 1Transfer and game drive Mikumi⌄

    Early morning of this day at around 05:00 hours you will be picked up from your Hotel in Dar (or from airport please advise) and start drive to Mikumi National Park, this trip takes about 5 to 6 hours to get to the entrance gate. Start the game drive right away, lunch inside the park and finishes game drive around 17:00 proceed to Camp Bastian for dinner and overnight.

  2. 2Transfer Mikumi to Ruaha⌄

    Early breakfast and Drive to Ruaha National Park (approx. 6–7 hrs with picnic lunch). Scenic landscapes, local villages, and wildlife on the way. Evening relaxation at camp/lodge by the Ruaha River.

    Overnight: Hill Top Hotel Ruaha.

  3. 3Full day game drive Ruaha⌄

    Ruaha National Park. Explore Tanzania’s largest national park, home to massive elephant herds, lions, leopards, and rare antelopes like sable and kudu.
