Day by day itinerary

1. 1Hanoi - Sapa - Cat Cat Villge Sleep At Sapa Retreat Condotel⌄

   6h15 - 6h30 AM : The bus will pick you up at hotels in the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem area to begin your 3-day 2-night trip to Sapa. On the way from Hanoi to Sapa, the bus will stop twice to allow you to use the restroom or have a light snack

   1h00 - 1h30 PM : Arrives in Sapa town and takes you to your hotel in Sapa

   Upon arriving at the hotel, you rest and have lunch at the hotel restaurant, then check into your hotel room

   2:45 PM : You will be at the reception to prepare for the walking tour to visit Cat Cat village with a local guide. Visit Cat Cat village with its characteristic sites such as waterfalls, traditional handicraft villages, and the wooden houses of the local people...

   7h00 PM : You have dinner and then explore Sapa town at night

   Built in 1935 by the French, the church features strong Roman Gothic architectural elements, with pointed domes, a tall bell tower, and characteristic stained glass windows. The entire structure was constructed using manually hewn stone

   Sapa Lake is an artificial freshwater lake located right in the center of Sapa town, Lao Cai province. Built over a decade ago, the lake was formed by channeling fresh water from the Hoang Lien Son mountain range

   Opening hours: From 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Sapa Night Market is a food lover’s paradise, offering delicious grilled dishes such as meat skewers, smoked buffalo, beef intestines, and grilled quail, often served with forest vegetables and mushrooms. In addition, you can also enjoy traditional treats like mèn mén (steamed cornmeal), buckwheat cakes, walnuts, dried hawthorn fruit, and many other regional specialties

2. 2Fansipan by Cable car - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van Village⌄

   6h30 - 8h00 AM : You have breakfast at the restaurant, then check out of the hotel. The guide will take you to the Mường Hoa train station to start the journey to visit the Fansipan summit by cable car

   By taking the Muong Hoa trainfor about 15 minutes, you will reach the Cable Car Station to ascend to the Fansipan. After finishing the Fasipan tour, you will return to the hotel for lunch

   2h30 PM : After having lunch, you will prepare for a trekking trip to explore the local villages with a local guide. Note: If you have luggage, you can leave it at the hotel and bring only the essentials for the trip

   Muong Hoa valley is located about 5 kilometers southeast of Sapa town center. It features terraced rice fields stretching along the mountainsides, and the Mường Hoa Stream, approximately 15 kilometers long, winds its way through the valley. Muongng Hoa is home to various ethnic minority groups such as the H’Mông, Red Dao, and Giáy

   At the end of the Muong Hoa Valley lies Lao Chai Village, which stretches along the valley and borders Ta Van Village, forming an ideal trekking route for travelers who love nature and want to explore local culture

   Ta Van has many traditional-style homestays, offering you an authentic experience of local life. The terraced rice fields stretch along the mountainsides and are especially beautiful during the harvest season. The Mường Hoa stream flows through the village – its water is clear and cool, creating a poetic landscape

   6:00 PM: You arrive at the homestay and check in to rest. Afterwards, your tour guide will join you for a cooking class where you'll learn to make a traditional Vietnamese dish – fresh spring rolls (nem cuốn) – all by yourself. 7h30 PM : Have dinner at the homestay and enjoy local dishes, with a special highlight being the traditional rice wine

   Overnight: Private room at Goong House in Ta Van Village

3. 3Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa - Hanoi⌄

   8h00 - 9h00 : Have breakfast at the homestay and check out of the homestay. 9h30 AM : Start the tour from Ta Van to Giang Ta Chai. Starting from Tả Van, after about 4 km, you will arrive at Giang Ta Chai. You will pass by the houses of the H'Mong people, terraced rice fields, bamboo forests, and small streams

   12h30 : Arrive at Su Pan village, then have lunch at a local restaurant. 1:30 PM : After lunch, the bus will pick you up and take you back to your hotel in Sapa town

   2:00 PM: Upon returning to the hotel in Sapa town, you can rest and prepare your luggage for the journey back to Hanoi

   3h00 PM : You board the bus and depart from Sapa to Hanoi. 9:00 PM: Arrive in Hanoi, marking the end of the 3-day, 2-night tour
