Day by day itinerary

1. 1Pilanesberg National Park - Shuttle⌄

   Pick up in Johannesburg, 2.5 hours shuttle to Pilanesberg National Park- drop of at lodge for check in and have lunch.

   Pilanesberg National Park is one of the most fascinating Big 5 game reserves located 2.5 hours’ drive from Johannesburg, and is also the most accessible being in a malaria free environment. Pilanesberg is the fourth largest national park in South Africa and covers an area of 55 000 hectares. It is home to a wide variety of southern Africa’s animals like; the Big 5 (elephant, rhino, leopard, buffalo and lion), cheetahs’ giraffe’s, zebras, hyenas, wild dogs’ crocodiles, antelopes, and some 300 bird species to name a few. This is a thrilling experience to view wildlife in their natural inhabitant, with the presence of professional rangers who will share their extensive knowledge about the park’s fauna and flora throughout the safari.

2. 2Full day Safari at Pilanesberg National Park⌄

   Early morning and join a full-day game drive in a open safari vehicle with a prepacked breakfast. Afternoon at leisure. Dinner.

3. 3Morning Safari and Shuttle to Johannesburg⌄

   Breakfast Morning open vehicle safari. Check out at the lodge. Pick up from lodge – 2.5 hours shuttle to Johannesburg – drop off. Tour ends.

   Experience the rich and colourful cultures of South Africa, by going on the Lesedi Cultural Village tour. Discover the fascinating cultures and traditions of the people of Africa, as you will be visiting various traditional homesteads inhabited by Zulu, Xhosa, Pedi, Basotho and Ndebele tribes. This will give you an authentic African experience, as you explore the glorious diversity of our cultures, homes, dance and top it off with a delicious Boma buffet lunch at the Nyama Choma restaurant.
