Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda, a destination known for its stunning greenery, deep lakes, and rich biodiversity. During the retreat, you will have the opportunity to participate in game drives to see the local wildlife, including elephants, lions, hippos, infinite bird-sightings and buffalos. The retreat also includes a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga channel and the option for a bush breakfast in the wilderness.

Day by day itinerary

  1. 1ARRIVALS-ENTEBBE | UGANDA⌄

    Arrive in Entebbe, Uganda, a nation of stunning greenery, deep lakes, soaring mountains and rich biodiversity. Transfer to your hotel for an evening at leisure. Depending on the time of your arrival, you might be able to do some optional activities in Entebbe; for example, a visit to the Botanical gardens or the Ugandan Wildlife Education Centre (UWEC). Please note that all activities today are at your own cost.

  2. 2QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK | NATURE ANEW⌄

    Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, home to elephants, lions, hippos, buffalo and baboons. Participate in game drives this evening and the next day. While exploring, watch above for tree-climbing lions, a sight seldom seen anywhere else in Africa. Check in and spend the rest of the at leisure.

  3. 3QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK | KAZINGA CHANNEL BOAT CRUISE⌄

    Along your game drives, Bush breakfasts are also available to guests as an optional request and when weather allows. Your own personal chef and dining set-up in the wilderness can be combined with an early-morning safari drive. Toast your day on safari with a scenic afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel which connects Lake Edward to Lake George.

  4. 4TRANSFER TO ENTEBBE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT | EQUATOR PHOTO MOMENT⌄

    Enjoy a scenic drive through the endless hills and valleys, with a stopover at the Equator for the photo moment. Later, transfer to the airport for your evening international departure.
