Overview
3 Days visiting Ica Region. Spend one night in Paracas and also in Huacachina. Enjoy the Ballestas Islands, America’s Oldest Vineyard, Huacachina Oasis, Buggy and sandboarding Tour and a Majestic Sunset Picnic. In this tour, you will have free time at each town to do extra activities and upgrade your experience.
We provide the safest buggy experience in Peru. Lima Experience is the only agency in Huacachina to provide helmets for buggy and sandboarding tours, we comply to international safety standards.
Day by day itinerary
1Paracas & Ballestas Islands⌄
Accommodation Pick-up from Lima Downtown, San Isidro, Miraflores or Barranco. Remember we will add you to our whatsap group the previous night at 19:00 and we will share the exact pick up time.
Time for Breakfast in Paracas (not included)
2-hour boat tour. Remember to bring a jacket, it's windy and the sea might splash. Please Note: The tour is conducted on a shared basis, even if the experience is booked as private. In this case, only this activity is shared; the rest of the service is carried out privately.

2Vineyard & Huacachina Dunes⌄
Arrival at La Caravedo, the oldest vineyard in the Americas to enjoy a traditional lunch. Followed by a pisco tour and tasting.
Explore the stunning oasis in the middle of the desert and enjoy time at your leisure
Feel the adrenaline as we race down the hills in our dune buggies for an extended 2 hour tour. Once on top of the dune you can take amazing pictures or grab an artisanal sandboard that is provided to slide down the dunes on your stomach. Please Note: A driver will operate the vehicle for safety reasons, both in private and shared services The best part of the day comes when the sun starts to set, we’ll take you to our secret spot on the dunes to relax and enjoy a special picnic during the most beautiful desert sunset in Perú. We are the only company offering this exclusive experience.

Cancellation: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- All passengers must carry their physical passport throughout the trip. It is required for highway inspections, tax exemption, and boarding the bus. In case of an accident requiring medical attention, they will only be treated if they present their physical passport. Otherwise, they will NOT be attended to.
- Before the tour, all participants must attend a mandatory safety briefing and sign a safety and responsibility form.
- If you want to do stand-up sandboarding, you must do so on your own with another operator and cannot rejoin our group. In that case, you will forfeit the buggy, sandboarding, and picnic, without a refund.
- Passengers weighing more than 100 kg must pay USD 10 for an additional seat. This applies to the Huacachina buggies and the boat tour in Paracas. In the case of the bus, an additional seat will be assigned at a cost of 25 USD.
- Children under 1 year old are not allowed to do the boat trip to Ballestas Islands
- Children under 3 years old do not pay for the tour; however, parents must cover any additional expenses (entrance fees, snacks, or extra activities).
- Children over 3 years old will have a seat available; however, parents should be aware that the buggy operates at high speed due to the nature of the activity.
- For the buggy tour, children under 3 years old must travel in a private service, pay for a seat, and use a safety carrier.
- Parents must sign a consent form for minors to participate in the buggy tour.
