Day by day itinerary

1. 1pick up from airport and short city tour and later proceed to volcanoes national park⌄

   Upon arrival at the Kigali international airport, our guide representative will meet greet and transfer you to for city tour incase you arrive intime were you will visit kigali genocide memorial and kigali market and later proceed to volcanoes national park

   Overnight: Overnight at a budget lodge in Musanze a gateway to Volcanoes National park

2. 2Golden monkey trekking and transfer to bwindi impenetrable forest⌄

   After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the popular Volcanoes National Park for a briefing before entering the forest to search for the bamboo-associated primates. Some consider this as the next best thing after gorilla trekking. You will be allowed one hour with these beautiful Albertine Rift endemics. After this activity, you will be transferred to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in preparation for gorilla trekking. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

3. 3Gorilla trekking and transfer to kalinzu central forest reserve⌄

   After an early breakfast, you will drive to the briefing point in the forest of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park to get to be enlightened about your adventure with the Mountain Gorillas. You are advised to carry enough drinking water and a lunch box. At a cost of 15 US dollars, you can get a potter to carry your bag and give you a hand in slippery or steep parts of the forest. After the briefing, you are distributed into groups of eight and led by a park ranger into the forest where you will spend one hour with the gentle giants. A rain gear is important considering that Bwindi is a tropical rainforest. An optional community visit is possible depending on the time you come back from tracking. After tracking, you will be transferred to Rubirizi near Kalinzu Forest in preparation for chimpanzee trekking the next day. Dinner and overnight stay

4. 4chimp trekking kalizu forest and transfer to lake bunyonyi⌄

   After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kalinzu forest managed by Uganda National Forest Authority for Chimpanze tracking. On top of the all the right forest gear, remember to carry enough drinking water. After a briefing, you will enter the forest and when you find the chimpanzees, you will be allowed one hour with them. After the activity, You will be transferred to Lake Bunyonyi where you will take a swim in Uganda’s most beautiful lake or take a canoe to enjoy nature and explore surrounding communities.

5. 5Transfer to kigali international airport⌄

   After your beautiful stay at Lake Bunyonyi, you will drive back to kigali international airport to catch your flight.
