Day by day itinerary
1Edinburgh to Inverness⌄
Start from your chosen location in Edinburgh (Glasgow and other locations available). (Drive 1.5 hours) Taste of Perthshire: First stop for refreshments and a chance to see Highland cows
Falls of Brann (Optional): A short scenic walk at the Hermitage with stunning views from Ossian’s Hall.
Pitlochry: Explore this Victorian town, famous for its fish ladder at Tummel Dam and links to Queen Victoria’s 1842 visit. Lunch option in the town
Culloden Battlefield: Historic site of the 1745 Jacobite Rebellion where the rebellion was crushed and the Highland way of life forever changed. We will walk the battlefield and you will have the option to visit the museum on the day booked directly at the museum.
Arriving into Inverness around 3:30/4pm we will allocate some free time to explore the town after dropping you at your hotel.

Explore the picturesque capital of Skye with option to pick up some lunch to go.

Comfort break before the drive to Fort William
We will finish off the day with the drive to Fort William. Depending on availability we may opt to get the ferry off Skye to Mallaig if the total timetable works into the schedule.

3Fort Wiliam to Edinburgh⌄
Awe-inspiring drive through Scotland’s most dramatic glen with multiple photo stops and lunch in area
Stop at this conservation village on the bonnie banks of Loch Lomond.
On the way to Edinburgh we will pass by one of the most famous fortresses in Scotland, Stirling Castle.
The Kelpies: Visit the iconic sculptures before returning to Edinburgh. Note: Glasgow drop-offs do not include the Kelpies.
