Day by day itinerary
1Pick up and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park⌄
Your driver guide will pick you up from the hotel or airport, possessing a banner bearing your names. After a briefing, you'll then embark on a journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. En route, you'll have stopovers for the Equator crossing point and for lunch. You'll then proceed to Bwindi for dinner and an overnight stay.

Overnight: Bweza Gorilla Lodge, a lower midrange lodge in Rushaga sector
2Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park⌄
You will have an early morning breakfast on this day, get your packed lunch, and drive to the park headquarters. Here, you'll undergo a briefing about gorilla trekking rules and regulations. After that, you'll be divided into groups of 8, each trekking a certain gorilla family. You'll head to the forest, accompanied by rangers and a guide. After finding the gorillas, you'll spend an hour in their presence. After that, you'll head back to the starting point and drive to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation. This lava-dammed lake is dotted with 29 islands, creating a beautiful scenery that makes it ideal for relaxation after a tiring trek.

Overnight: Bunyonyi Overland Resort, a lower midrange facility on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi
3Transfer back to the airport or hotel to end the tour⌄
You'll have breakfast on this day and embark on a canoe cruise on Lake Bunyonyi. The canoe cruise will allow you to explore wildlife and history of some of the islands. After the canie cruise, you'll embark on a journey back to the airport for your flight out, having lunch en route. This will mark the end of the 3-Day Uganda gorilla trekking andventure.
