This is a unique experience because Coscomatepec is still a absolutely authentic small mexican town, and you'll hace the chance to meet locals to understand they way of living, mostly in the coffee farm. Also the food making is still super traditional and made with local fresh products, the flavors, wont be like any other place in México, because of the unique conditions of food and every traditional kitchen.

Once you book this product, you'll be ready to enjoy delicious food, beautiful mountain landscapes full of lush vegetation, tasting delicious organic coffee, and artisanal coffee products, as well as craft beer made with a lot of love and local products. Day by day itinerary

  1. 1From the coffee farm to the mountain village.⌄

    After we pick you up in the bus station, then we're going to drive approximately 40 minutes until we reach Coscomatepec, our beautiful small mountain town, there we will have breakfast in a typical and delicious place, to prepare to go to the coffee farm.

    After breakfast we will drive approximately 20 minutes to the coffee farm, Las Ceibas, to walk and explore it, the coffee producers will explain their processes to us and we will try their delicious coffee and some of their products.

    At night we will have a tasting of 4 kinds of craft beers from a local producer who is a descendant of one of the oldest families in the town, it will be a tasting full of stories and flavor.

    Meals: Breakfast: We are going to have a delicious breakfast in a typical and traditional restaurant called The Grandparents' House. · Dinner: Snacks with the beer tasting. Tacos after that.

    Overnight: Overnight at the Hotel Plaza Real, a 4 star hotel, right in downtown. Jus a few meters away from the main church.

  2. 2Delicious food and beautiful landscapes.⌄

    In the morning we'll have a delicious buffet breakfast with typical dishes at the SanJuanero restaurant, then we can walk a little and explore the park, then you'll choose and take one of the three different workshops of the most important activities in the town: saddlery, traditional bakery and Traditional food.

    To finish our tour, we will go to Tierra Verde, a beautiful restaurant with an organic farm and garden where you will try one of the most delicious pizzas made with organic local ingredients.

    Meals: Breakfast: We are going to have a delicious breakfast in a typical and traditional restaurant called El Sanjuanero. · Lunch: Delicious pizza with organic and local ingredients from their farm and garden.
