Day by day itinerary

1. 1Departure from Djerba to Tozeur, to visit the mountain oases and the largest Star Wars sets⌄

   Departure from your hotel towards Le Bac. Continuation towards Tozeur via El Hamma; en route, visit the petrified sand at “Dbebcha” a unique place where you can admire the phenomenon of petrified sand with a Photo break

   A photo break at the Chott Djerid salt lake: the largest salt lake in northern Africa with more than 5000 square km

   Preparation After lunch, we will head towards Chebika for a 40-minute hike with our guide. You will discover the Berber village. the oasis and the water source

   You will have time to walk and even swim in the Grand Canyon of Tamerza,

   After spending hours enjoying the oasis, we head to the filming location of the Star Wars film through the sand dunes in 4*4 waiting to see the sunset in front of the sand (Very pleasant moment)

   Meals: Lunch: lunch in a traditional restaurant 3 types of salad with grilled meat · Dinner: Dinner will be at your hotel

   Overnight: One night at the El Hafsi hotel (3*) with half board

2. 2Visit the old medina of Tozeur With Douz-MaTmata (Troglodyte house visit) AND the village of Toujen⌄

   Breakfast and visit to the old medina of Tozeur (The Medina of Tozeur, also called the district of old Ouled el Hadef, is one of the best preserved in Tunisia. It has a magnificent stone wall which surrounds it. Note at the entrance the traditional stone of the region: briquette.)

   Departure towards Douz desert gate and possibility of taking a camel ride or quad ride in the white sand dunes (extra)

   Continuation towards Matmata; the troglodyte village… (An experience to find out how the locals live.) *visit to a house dug underground and lunch with a local.

   Departure to the village of Toujane (Toujane is a Berber village located 25 kilometers from Matmata and 38 kilometers from Médenine, in the governorate of Gabès, in the south of Tunisia. and founded by the Berbers in the 12th century1) with photo break
