Day by day itinerary

1. 1Etna - Taormina⌄

   After picking you up at the meeting point of your choice, be it your hotel, port, airport or any other convenient place for you, an exclusive experience will begin that combines wine, food, history, culture and the most authentic traditions of Sicily. We will take you through the extraordinary landscapes of Etna, between ancient lava flows and the suggestive Silvestri Craters, until you reach a typical local farm where the renowned Etna honey is produced, obtained from pollens of different flowers and unique in its kind. You will then continue with a refined tasting in one of the best wineries of Etna: a sensory journey through excellent labels and traditional dishes prepared with local ingredients, to discover the most authentic soul of this extraordinary land.

   We will continue at the prestigious Gambino Winery, where the Expert staff will accompany you on a journey to discover excellent wines. You will walk through spectacular vineyards overlooking the slopes of Mount Etna, while you will be explained the cultivation and production techniques that make these volcanic wines unique. Afterwards, you will experience a complete tasting of 4 labels, each paired with typical dishes prepared with local ingredients: an authentic and refined food and wine journey, able to tell, sip after sip, the essence of Etna and its wine tradition.

   After an unforgettable morning on Mount Etna, among breathtaking landscapes, excellent wines and authentic flavors of the local tradition, in the afternoon we will reach Taormina, where the convenient check-in in an elegant 4-star hotel awaits you. You will then have free time to explore the city at your own pace: you can stroll through its refined alleys, immerse yourself in the quiet of the historic Villa Comunale and, if you wish, visit the iconic Greek Theatre, which offers one of the most spectacular views in the entire Mediterranean.

2. 2Taormina - Syracuse - Ortigia - Noto⌄

   After a delicious breakfast, we will leave Taormina and head to Syracuse where you will experience a fascinating journey through over 2,500 years of history. You will start at the Archaeological Area of Neapolis, where you can admire the magnificent Greek Theatre, still used for classical performances, and the impressive Ear of Dionysius, a cave with extraordinary acoustics. Syracuse will captivate you with its timeless beauty, Mediterranean scents and that authentic atmosphere that only Sicily can give

   We will then continue to the magical island of Ortigia, where you will have plenty of time to lose yourself among its wonders in complete freedom. You will walk through a charming maze of elegant alleys, bright baroque squares and views of the sea that look like something out of a postcard. You can visit the lively Ortigiano Point of Sale, famous for its colors, scents and typical Sicilian products. Here you will discover the extraordinary Cathedral of Ortigia, a unique work that contains an ancient Greek temple, and the suggestive Fonte Aretusa, a legendary place where history and myth intertwine in a truly unique atmosphere.

   You will enjoy a refined tasting of 4 DOC wines and an excellent extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by authentic local dishes at the splendid Cantina Planeta, Tenuta Buonivini. The experience also includes a guided tour of the winery and a walk through the vineyards, to immerse yourself in the magic of one of the most fascinating places of Sicilian viticulture.

   Once you arrive in Noto, you will conveniently check in at the refined Grand Hotel Villa Sofia, an elegant 4-star hotel immersed in the heart of Sicilian Baroque. The rest of the afternoon will be at your disposal to explore the city freely: you can walk through its majestic golden stone streets, admire the churches and historic buildings and experience the unique atmosphere of one of the most fascinating cities in Sicily.

3. 3Noto - Modica - Vittoria - Ragusa Ibla⌄

   Departure from Noto and we will go to the heart of Modica, where a tour awaits you aboard the characteristic city train, which will lead you through historic alleys, baroque squares and picturesque corners. The visit includes a tasting of Modica's famous artisan chocolate, symbol of the city and its gastronomic heritage.

   We will then continue to Vittoria with a drive through the historic center, with stops to admire panoramic views and hidden views of the city, away from the traditional tourist routes, for an authentic and original experience.

   We will head to the winery, with Guided tour by an expert wine guide to the winery and vineyards, with explanations on the techniques of production of local wines. This is followed by a tasting of 4 selected wines, accompanied by typical products of the area, for a real sensory journey through the flavors of Sicily.

   After tasting in the cellar, we will head to the beautiful Ragusa, where you will have a relaxing check-in at the elegant 4-star Grand Hotel Mediterraneo Palace.    Sambuca : A drive around the picturesque town, through quaint alleys and local views.
