What makes this journey special is the personal experience of travelling with Luke, owner and private guide of Wildly Safaris. With over 20 years of guiding experience across Southern Africa, Luke brings a wealth of local knowledge, a genuine passion for wildlife and an understanding of the landscapes, people and places that make this part of South Africa so remarkable.
Unlike larger group tours, this is a completely private experience, allowing guests to explore at a comfortable pace. Whether it's stopping for an unexpected wildlife sighting, discovering a beautiful coastal viewpoint or spending a little longer photographing elephants in Addo, the journey can be adapted to suit your interests.
Luke's experience in the African bush adds another dimension to the safari. Rather than simply pointing out animals, he shares fascinating insights into their behaviour, habitats and the conservation challenges they face.
Discover one of the Garden Route's most spectacular coastal landscapes, with dramatic cliffs, sweeping beaches and beautiful views of the Indian Ocean. Guests may spot Cape fur seals, seabirds and, during the whale season, southern right whales. Short walks and longer hiking routes are available.
Take in the beautiful beaches, forested hills and turquoise waters that make Plettenberg Bay one of South Africa's favourite coastal destinations. There will be opportunities to stop for photographs, enjoy the sea air and appreciate the scenery along this stretch of the Garden Route.
Stop at the famous Bloukrans Bridge, home to one of the world's highest commercial bridge bungy jumps at 216 metres. Adventurous guests can book a thrilling jump, while others can enjoy watching the action and photographing the spectacular gorge below.
Experience the breathtaking meeting point of ancient indigenous forests, dramatic rocky cliffs and the Indian Ocean. Guests can enjoy coastal viewpoints, short nature walks and the famous suspension bridge spanning the Storms River Mouth. One of the highlights of the Garden Route.
Discover the world-famous surfing town of Jeffreys Bay, renowned for its long, powerful waves and relaxed beach atmosphere. Enjoy beautiful ocean views, watch surfers riding the famous Supertubes break and explore the town's surf shops, cafés and beachfront.
Experience one of South Africa's most remarkable wildlife destinations, famous for its large elephant population. Explore the park in search of elephants, buffalo, zebra, antelope, warthogs and other wildlife, with the possibility of spotting lions. Your private guide will share fascinating insights into animal behaviour, conservation and the unique ecosystems of the Eastern Cape.
Discover the beautiful Sundays River estuary, where the river winds towards the Indian Ocean beside impressive coastal sand dunes. Guests can enjoy scenic viewpoints and photography, with optional river cruises or sandboarding activities available by prior arrangement.
