Day by day itinerary

1. 1In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Mumbai and driven to the airport for your flight to Delhi.⌄

   Upon your arrival in Delhi, our driver will meet you at the airport and take you on a comfortable 3.5-hour drive to Agra. On reaching Agra, check in to your hotel and relax for the day.

   Agra Fort – A UNESCO World Heritage Site During your journey, you’ll also explore the magnificent Agra Fort, a powerful red sandstone fortress that once housed the imperial city of the Mughal rulers. Enclosed within its 2.5 km-long walls are architectural gems that feel straight out of a fairy tale – from the elegant Jahangir Palace and the splendid Khas Mahal, built by Shah Jahan, to the regal audience halls like the Diwan-i-Khas. You’ll also witness two beautifully crafted mosques, each echoing the grandeur and artistry of the Mughal era.

   Evening at Mehtab Bagh – Sunset View of the Taj Mahal In the evening, witness the Taj Mahal in its most enchanting glow from Mehtab Bagh, a serene Charbagh-style garden located across the Yamuna River. This peaceful spot offers an unforgettable sunset view of the Taj Mahal, where the monument shimmers in golden hues against the twilight sky. Away from the crowds, the riverside ambiance makes it a perfect place to reflect and admire the timeless beauty of this wonder.

2. 2Sunrise Glory of the Taj Mahal & Departure for Delhi⌄

   Sunrise Visit to the Taj Mahal Early in the morning, set out to explore the monumental heritage of the great Mughals with a breathtaking sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays). Counted among the Seven Wonders of the World, this masterpiece is the most extravagant symbol of love ever built. Constructed over 17 years by 20,000 skilled artisans, it stands as a timeless tribute from Emperor Shah Jahan to his beloved wife. With its glowing white marble inlaid with semi-precious stones, the Taj Mahal at sunrise is undoubtedly the highlight of the tour—an experience that lingers forever in memory.

   Shopping in Agra & Return to Delhi After your visit, enjoy some leisurely shopping in Agra, where you can explore local handicrafts, marble inlay work, hand knotted carpets, jewelry, textiles, and souvenirs that reflect the city’s rich Mughal heritage. Later, drive back to Delhi in comfort, where you will be dropped off at the airport for your onward flight—carrying unforgettable memories of the Taj Mahal and Agra’s timeless charm.
