2. 2In the footsteps of Heidi⌄

   Hike to Leistkamm (2,101 m) with breathtaking views

   Meals: Breakfast

   Overnight: Summer: hay hotel in Brunnen, rustic farm by Lake Uri. Otherwise: 3-star hotel in Brunnen or Sisikon.

   Stoos & Fronalpstock – the world’s steepest funicular, car-free village, panoramic summit.

4. 4Altitude rush & farewell⌄

   Hohsaas (3,142 m) with a view of 18 four-thousand-meter peaks

   From Längfluh, you can see the Dom and Taschorn peaks. The Dom, at 4,545 meters, is the highest mountain entirely within Switzerland, while Taschorn reaches 4,491 meters."

   Before rising once more on a cable car to the revolving restaurant Mittelallalin at 3,500 meters. From there, a breathtaking hike leads us down to Saas-Fee’s alpine embrace at 1,800 meters.

   Metro Alpin – Europe’s Highest Underground Funicular Ride the Metro Alpin, the world’s highest underground funicular, up to the Mittelallalin glacier above Saas-Fee. Enjoy breathtaking alpine views, glacier tours, and year-round snow activities in a unique, high-altitude setting.
