Day by day itinerary

1. 1Day 1 – Flight to Kupang⌄

   — Flight from Bali to Kupang, the capital of East Nusa Tenggara. — Meet your driver at the airport. — Transfer to the hotel and check in. — Welcome dinner and introduction to the expedition. — Free time to relax after the flight and prepare for the adventure ahead.

2. 2Day 2 – Flight to Lembata & Trek to Base Camp⌄

   — Breakfast at the hotel. — Transfer to the airport for your flight to Lembata Island. — Meet the local expedition team upon arrival. — Scenic drive with a lunch stop on the way to the trailhead. — Meet the local mountain guides, receive a safety briefing, and prepare your trekking equipment. — Begin the hike toward Mount Ile Ape. — Arrive at the high-altitude base camp near the summit. — Enjoy dinner with spectacular sunset views over the volcano and the ocean. — Overnight in mountain tents beneath the stars before the summit ascent.

3. 3Day 3 – Mount Ile Ape Summit & Volcano Experience⌄

   — Wake-up around 1:00 AM. — Light snack and final preparations. — Begin the night ascent to the summit of Mount Ile Ape, one of Indonesia's active volcanoes. — Reach a safe panoramic viewpoint overlooking the active crater and observe the volcanic activity from a secure distance. — Watch an unforgettable sunrise above Lembata Island and the surrounding Flores Sea. — Descend back to base camp. — Breakfast and a short rest. — Continue descending to the village. Along the trail, enjoy fresh coconuts picked directly from the palm trees. — Transfer to the hotel. — Check in, enjoy a hot shower, and relax. — Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

4. 4Day 4 – Discover Lembata Island⌄

   — Breakfast at the hotel. — Visit the traditional whaling village of Lamalera. — Learn about centuries-old whaling traditions, local culture, and the unique way of life preserved by the community. — Visit a traditional boat-building workshop where the famous handcrafted wooden whaling boats are built. — Walk through the village, meet local residents, and enjoy time for photography. — Lunch at a local restaurant. Optional Adventure (Weather Permitting) Guests may choose to join an optional private boat excursion featuring: — Searching for whales, dolphins, and other marine wildlife. — Visiting beautiful uninhabited islands around Lembata. — Swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing on secluded tropical beaches. — Return to the hotel. — Dinner and overnight.
