Overview
This exclusive overnight tour lets you experience something most tourists never do: medieval Mostar after sundown. It's a unique experience you won't find with any other operator. We'll start with a refreshing dip at Kravice Waterfalls, then continue to Mostar, where you'll spend the evening watching the Old Town's lights twinkle on the river from the Stari Most Bridge — a side of the city day-trippers never see.
Day two is all about Herzegovina's hidden gems: sweeping views from Fortica's glass skywalk, the cliffside Dervish house at Blagaj, and Stolac's ancient stećci tombstones. This private tour fits up to 7 people — one flat price, no per-person surcharges if your group grows.
Prefer to end your trip elsewhere? We can also drop you off in Split, Sarajevo, or another nearby regional town instead of returning to Dubrovnik.
Day by day itinerary
1Waterfalls by Day, Mostar's Old Town by Night⌄
The gushing turquoise waters of Kravice are the first stop of the day, and as we arrive much earlier than the large coaches, you get to experience the magic without the hustle of other tourist groups. You can take some of the best photos of your vacation right here in the National Reserve, and don’t forget your towel and swimwear. As your tour guide is a Mostar local, you’ll benefit from a wealth of insider knowledge and get to know the real Mostar region.
We'll arrive in Mostar and check in to your accomodation, giving you a chance to freshen up after the waterfalls. Take a first stroll through the Old Town to get your bearings and soak in the atmosphere of this historic city, before we head out together to warm up for the evening with a stop at a local brewery.
Prepare for a night out in the city and enjoy a complimentary ice-cold beer (soft drinks for kids), paired with local snacks like prosciutto and cheese. Take your time, soak in the atmosphere, and browse a small selection of beer souvenirs to bring home.
With your first taste of Mostar behind you, it's time to explore further. Wander the Old Bazaar for a bargain souvenir, or take in the best views of the river from the Stari Most Bridge. As the sun sets, settle in for a relaxing dinner at an authentic Balkan restaurant, trying ćevapi grilled sausages and filled burek pasties.
Meals: Lunch: Snacks and drinks at the brewery are included in the price.
2Herzegovina's Hidden Gems: Fortica, Blagaj & Stolac⌄
Take a stroll through the Old Town in Mostar in the morning to see the city come to life as it wakes up. It’s the perfect time for photographs of the quaint streets, enjoy a coffee as the locals start their day, or take a walk alongside the Neretva River to calm the soul. After breakfast, we'll set off to explore some of Herzegovina's hidden gems.
We'll head up to Fortica, where a glass-floored skywalk juts out over the cliffside, offering sweeping panoramic views across Mostar and the Neretva River valley below. It's one of the best photo stops in the region — just be ready for a bit of wind up top.
We'll continue to the town of Blagaj to visit the Tekija, a centuries-old Dervish house built dramatically into the cliffside at the source of the Buna River. Take in the crystal-clear spring, the surrounding cliffs, and the peaceful atmosphere of one of Herzegovina's most striking natural spots.
We'll finish our exploration in Stolac, one of the oldest towns in the region. Wander its Old Town and historic bridges, and see the ancient stećci — centuries-old carved tombstones unique to this part of the Balkans and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
