Day by day itinerary
1Day 1 - Friday: Welcome to Gargano - Arrival in Vieste⌄
Arrival in Bari (airport or railway station). Depending on your arrival time, a private driver will wait for you in the arrivals area with a sign bearing your name; if you are staying at a hotel in Bari, the transfer is arranged directly from your hotel. Private transfer to Vieste and check-in at Hotel Scialì (or similar) for 2 nights. Check-in is usually available from 12:00; if the room is not ready, you can leave your luggage at reception. Free time to discover Vieste's small harbour and lanes. No scheduled activities today.

2Day 2 - Saturday: Vieste Sea Caves & Relaxing by the Sea⌄
Breakfast. 9:00 meeting point at Vieste harbour. 9:30 boarding for a boat excursion to discover the sea caves of Gargano, its natural arches and the caves along the coast. 12:30 return to Vieste. Free afternoon to relax on the beach or explore the surroundings.

3Day 3 - Sunday: Monte Sant'Angelo, San Giovanni Rotondo & Trani⌄
Breakfast. 9:00 meet your driver for the private transfer towards Trani, with a stop in Monte Sant'Angelo.
Stop in San Giovanni Rotondo, then continue to Trani.
Arrival in Trani expected at 4:30 PM and check-in at Palazzo Paciotti (or similar) for 2 nights. At 6:00 PM meet your licensed local guide in front of the Romanesque Cathedral by the sea for a walk through the harbour, the medieval quarter and the Jewish quarter with the Scolanova Synagogue. At 7:30 PM welcome aperitif with local products. Free evening for dinner.

4Day 4 - Monday: Castel del Monte, Moscato Wine & History⌄
Breakfast at the hotel. At 10:00 departure from Trani to Castel del Monte for an in-depth guided visit with skip-the-line entry. Back in Trani at 1:00 PM, free time for lunch.
At 4:30 PM guided wine tour in a historic cellar with a tasting of Moscato di Trani DOC and Murge wines. Back at the hotel at 6:00 PM and overnight in Trani.

5Day 5 - Tuesday: Burrata, Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Bari at Sunset⌄
Breakfast and check-out. 9:00 meeting point at the Church of Santa Teresa, a short walk from your hotel. Our team takes care of loading the luggage, then we leave for a traditional dairy farm for a hands-on mozzarella and burrata-making experience, followed by a tasting. We continue to a local olive mill for an extra virgin olive oil tasting and an introduction to Apulian olive oil production. Arrival in Bari by 3:00 PM, check-in at Hotel Boston (or similar) and free time.
6:00 PM meeting point in Piazza Federico II di Svevia, at the entrance of the Swabian Castle, for the guided sunset tour of Bari's old town (Bari Vecchia) and the Basilica of Saint Nicholas. Free evening.

6Day 6 - Wednesday: Alberobello & Polignano a Mare⌄
Breakfast. At 9:00 meet the driver at the hotel and depart for Alberobello for a guided walk in the trulli district, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, meeting local artisans and hearing stories about local traditions.
Continue to Polignano a Mare with tasting stops, including the traditional focaccia and the famous Polignano coffee, and a walking tour of the old town and the panoramic terraces overlooking the sea. Departure for Bari at 14:00. Free afternoon and evening.

7Day 7 - Thursday: Matera & the Sassi⌄
Breakfast and check-out. At 9:00 meet the driver at the hotel and depart for Matera. Luggage drop at the hotel and at 10:30 meet your guide for the guided tour of the Sassi, including a visit to a cave house (Casa Grotta), a visit to a rock-hewn church and a tasting of Amaro Lucano. The tour ends at 12:30. Free time to explore the city and admire it at sunset.

8Day 8 - Friday: From Matera to Lecce - Papier-Mache & Baroque⌄
Breakfast and check-out. At 8:30 private transfer from Matera to Lecce. Check-in at Hotel President (or similar); you can leave your luggage. At 11:30 papier-mache (cartapesta) workshop in an artisan's workshop, followed by an aperitif. Guided tour of the historic center among Baroque architecture, churches, courtyards and Roman remains, with a tasting of traditional coffee and pasticciotto. The tour ends at 5:00 PM. Free evening.

9Day 9 - Saturday: Otranto & Gallipoli by Ape Calessino⌄
Breakfast. At 9:00 meet the driver at the hotel and depart for Otranto. Scopri la città più orientale d'Italia a bordo di un tradizionale Ape Calessino: esplora il centro storico, ammira la Cattedrale con il suo straordinario pavimento a mosaico, passeggia tra i caratteristici vicoli e goditi panorami mozzafiato sul Mar Adriatico. Free time.
Continue to Gallipoli, free time for lunch. In the afternoon, an Ape Calessino experience in the charming old town of Gallipoli, discovering noble palaces, Baroque churches, picturesque lanes and spectacular sea views. Free time to enjoy the atmosphere of this seaside town. Return to Lecce. Free evening.

10Day 10 - Sunday: Taranto & Brindisi - Sea, Memories & Flavours⌄
Breakfast. At 9:00 meet the driver at the hotel and depart for Taranto, ancient capital of Magna Graecia, for a panoramic tour aboard an Ape Calessino.
At 11:30 departure for Brindisi. Apecar ride to discover the port city and its history. Return to Lecce expected around 3:30 PM. Free time.

11Day 11 - Monday: Manduria & Grottaglie - Primitivo Wine & Ceramics⌄
Breakfast. At 9:00 meet the driver at the hotel and depart for Manduria. Guided visit of a typical winery and tasting of Primitivo wine.
Transfer to Grottaglie to visit a ceramics workshop and take part in a short hands-on lab to create your own piece. At 3:30 PM return to Lecce. Free evening.
