Day by day itinerary

1. 1Arrival in Nairobi⌄

   Upon your arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be transferred to the Stanley Hotel in Nairobi where you will spend the night (30 min), with your safari starting the next morning. Depending on your arrival time you can explore Nairobi or just rest up before your safari adventure. Start your excursion at the Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, where you can watch baby elephants being fed and playing in the mud. Then later be transferred to Karen Blixen Museum. This museum is in the former home of the famous Danish author Karen Blixen, who wrote "Out of Africa." Enjoy a relaxing lunch at one of the nearby restaurants or cafes. The Tamambo Karen Blixen Coffee Garden is popular for its lovely setting. Later head to the Giraffe Center. This is a conservation center for the endangered Rothschild giraffe. You can hand-feed these gentle giants and learn about giraffe conservation efforts.

2. 2Arrival in Ol Pejeta⌄

   Be picked up in the morning at the hotel by the driver to be taken to Ol Pejeta's private conservancy. Situated on the equator west of Nanyuki, between the foothills of the Aberdares and Mount Kenya, the Ol Pejeta Conservancy works to conserve wildlife and provide a sanctuary for great apes which is a wonderful scenery. Arrive in time for lunch at the Sweetwaters Tented Camp. Afterward, You will spend the rest of the day spotting wildlife and visiting the famous Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary.

3. 3Full day in Ol Pejeta Conservancy⌄

   You will spend the day spotting wildlife and visiting the famous Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary. Also, you can visit the world-renowned rhino sanctuary, or spend a little time relaxing at the camp. During the game drive, expect to see the antelope, gazelle, zebra, warthog, marabou storks, or even the rare black rhino.

4. 4Arrival in Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate Adventure⌄

   After breakfast, leave Sweetwaters and descend into the Great Rift Valley where Naivasha is located. Proceed for an afternoon game drive at the Hell's Gate National Park(1 hr). Hell's Gate is home to giraffes, warthogs, zebra, buffalo, gazelle, and many birds. You can see wildlife like buffalos in the shade or just grazing. To preserve their habits on the land, they can only be seen from a long, close distance.

5. 5Full day in Lake Naivasha⌄

   After breakfast, take an exciting walking safari to view more of the wildlife. You will be accompanied by an experienced guide. Naivasha is the perfect place to watch the resident waterbuck and giraffe as they graze and browse in the surrounding landscape. Later in the day, head for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha.

6. 6Arrival in Masai Mara⌄

   Wake up and prepare to head out for your transfer to the Masai Mara.

   Have a game drive en route to the Mara Sopa Lodge. Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Head out into the vast plains of Masai Mara, accompanied by experienced guides in a 4x4 safari vehicle for an afternoon game drive.

7. 7Full day in Masai Mara⌄

   Have a full-day game drive at the Masai Mara National Reserve. Keep an eye out for the abundant wildlife, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino), wildebeests, zebras, giraffes, and more.

8. 8Full day in Masai Mara⌄

   Take a guided nature walk around the area to learn more about the flora and fauna of Masai Mara. Your guide will share fascinating insights about the local ecosystem and animal tracks.

9. 9Departure⌄

   Morning game drive in Masai Mara Check out of the hotel and head back to the Airstrip. Fly back to Nairobi and be picked up. Connect with your international flight back home, or continue with your onward travel arrangements.
